  1. Complete a qualification in General Insurance such as the Certificate III in General Insurance (FNS30515).
  2. Alternatively, and depending on your level of experience, consider completing a Certificate IV in General Insurance (FNS41415), Certificate IV in Life Insurance (Claims Stream) (FNS41515), or Diploma of General Insurance (FNS51115).
  3. Develop your computer, administrative and communications skills.
