  1. Gain your Senior Secondary Certificate of Education.
  2. Complete qualifications, such as a Vocational Education and Training (VET) course, or a tertiary qualification in business, finance, law, human resource management, behavioural science, psychology or a related field at university.
  3. Alternatively, complete training offered by the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association Australia & New Zealand (RCSA), which is the peak body for the recruitment and staffing industry in Australia and New Zealand.
