A useful achievement describes a problem in learner understanding, the activity you changed and what subsequent work showed. If you report completion rates, define the cohort and period. Do not confuse attendance, competency and employment outcomes.

Show industry experience and current credentials

List the exact qualifications you hold, the provider and completion status. Check the vacancy's current credential requirements instead of copying an old course code from a resume example. Describe recent industry work and relevant professional development, including how it informed your teaching.

For a move from industry into training, include mentoring or workplace instruction you genuinely delivered. Keep informal coaching separate from formal assessment authority and retain your actual job title.
