A digital marketing coordinator resume should explain the campaigns you helped deliver and the part you played. Show how you organised content, checked assets, coordinated approvals and reported performance. Connect tools to real tasks so the reader can distinguish practical experience from a list of platforms.

Profile
Digital marketing coordinator experienced in supporting email, website and social campaigns. Maintains content schedules, coordinates review rounds and prepares performance summaries for the marketing team. Portfolio: [link to permitted examples of your contribution].
Experience: Digital Marketing Coordinator, [Organisation], [dates]
- Maintained a campaign calendar with content owners, approval dates and planned channel activity.
- Coordinated copy and creative assets, checked approved links and recorded sign-off before scheduled publication.
- Prepared an email draft and landing-page update for review, resolving feedback with the relevant content owners.
- Compiled the campaign report, separating delivered activity, audience response and enquiries requiring sales follow-up.
Turn campaign duties into useful evidence
Describe the objective, your responsibility, what you delivered and what was measured. “Managed social media” can become “Coordinated the launch content schedule, gathered approved assets and reported link clicks against the campaign's enquiry objective.” Use the actual channels and scope of your work.
Show one decision prompted by the results. Perhaps a report identified a broken link, an unclear call to action or a content gap. Explain the issue and the change you helped make. Do not claim an experiment proved a result if it was only an untested suggestion.
Report marketing results accurately
Reach, clicks, enquiries and sales are different measures. State the period, source and definition for the result you use. A submitted enquiry is not automatically a qualified lead, and a platform-reported conversion is not necessarily a confirmed order.
Distinguish paid and organic results and explain your contribution to team performance. If you quote an improvement, provide the comparison basis. Do not turn a percentage-point change into a percentage increase or claim return on investment from revenue alone.
What belongs in a campaign portfolio?
For each selected example, include the brief, audience, channel, your role, a permitted sample and the known outcome. A short account of the work is more useful than screenshots without context. Make clear whether you wrote the copy, coordinated production, configured the campaign or analysed the report.
For a first role, use coursework or a volunteer project with accurate labels. A proposed campaign for a familiar brand should be identified as a concept, not commissioned work. Do not publish client dashboards, personal data or unreleased assets without permission.
Skills and application checks
Name the content, email, analytics and scheduling tools you have used, alongside what you did in them. Keep certifications accurate and current. Coordinator-level delivery, specialist channel ownership and team management are different scopes; select examples that fit the advertised role.
Before submitting, test your portfolio link, check dates and remove unsupported growth claims. Use a readable layout and keep the profile focused on the channels and responsibilities the employer needs.
